Why I Created Mind Nexus
Throughout my professional journey, I have worked within different institutions and organizations, alongside people from diverse backgrounds and as part of many different teams.
Over the years, I began to notice something that stayed with me.
In the same workplace, under seemingly similar conditions, some people appeared to thrive almost effortlessly, while others struggled to meet even the basic demands of the day or week. Some found the working environment difficult—because of strained relationships, unclear expectations, limited support, or challenging working conditions. Others were more open to discomfort and rapid change, yet often deeply critical of their own work and results.
I saw some people use stress as fuel. I saw others become gradually hindered by it. And I saw how, when pressure continued without adequate understanding or support, capable and committed professionals could begin moving towards exhaustion, disengagement, and deteriorating mental health.
These experiences taught me that workplace well-being cannot be reduced to individual resilience alone. People do not work in isolation. Their ability to perform and thrive is shaped by leadership, relationships, organizational culture, working conditions, and the systems around them.
They also strengthened a wish I had carried for some time: to support people not only in overcoming difficulties, but in becoming stronger, more confident, and more fulfilled in their working lives—and to help organizations create the conditions that make this possible.
That wish, together with my professional experience as a psychologist, led me to create Mind Nexus.
